Returns
Thank you for shopping at Ofodoryc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. - Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as products that are customized, or any other product that is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Please check the product description for any such exclusions. - Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at service@ofodoryc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable. - Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at service@ofodoryc.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement upon verification of the issue. - Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
